All orders are shipped through UPS so please use your physical address. We are currently not able to ship to PO Boxes.

TRACKING ORDERS

  • All orders placed before 2 p.m. CST will be shipped within the same business day. Any order placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day.

  • Due to the inability to insure packages shipped internationally, Hotze Vitamins does not ship packages to international countries. If you have questions or concerns about an international order, please contact a consultant today to discuss different shipping options. 800-579-6545

  • We are unable to ship vitamins with prescriptions, however all orders shipped via UPS ground qualify for complimentary shipping. All vitamin orders are shipped from Hotze Vitamins. All prescription orders are shipped from Hotze Pharmacy. We cannot combine shipments.

  • Once we have received your order and it has been packed at our warehouse facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information for your order. All orders are shipped via UPS and can be tracked at www.UPS.com.

  • If you have products that need to be returned from an online order, please contact our consultants to make proper arrangements so that we can get your product returned or exchanged in a reasonable amount of time. Once the returned product has been received to Hotze Vitamins, we are then able to process a refund or exchange the item.

  • Yes. At checkout, you will be offered multiple different shipping options. Please choose one of the following options: UPS Ground (free), UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Overnight.
