- 1 medium apple, cored & chopped
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 C gluten-free oats
- 3 T Sweet-n-Natural
- 3 T slivered almonds
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/8 t vanilla extract
- 8-12 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved. Serve in a glass and add a few sprinkles of cinnamon to the top. Enjoy!
